We use a third party shipper for all parcels. Tracking numbers are provided once the item has shipped by email to the purchaser.

We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control. Please contact us if you have any difficulty with locating your parcel and we will do our best to resolve the concern with you and the third party shipper.
