For many of our returning customers, ordering their Duskwood wreaths takes little more than replying “yes.”

Each season, we reach out to previous customers and offer to prepare their order based on the gifts they sent the year before. We recreate the details — recipients, addresses, gift messages and selections — and send a complete draft for review.

From there, you can make any changes you like, have a quick call with us if needed, and we'll take care of the rest.

Whether you send one wreath or ten, you receive the same personal attention. Concierge service isn't reserved for our largest customers. Whether you're sending a single wreath to someone special or coordinating gifts for the whole family, we're happy to make the process easy.

Hi, I’m Tikvah. One of my favourite parts of Duskwood is making Christmas gifting feel easy and personal. Each season, I help returning customers recreate, review and update their previous orders so that sending something thoughtful can be as simple as replying “yes” and letting me take care of the details.
